Notice of Planned Absence – February 2, 2026

Dear Patients, we would like to inform you that Dr. MUDr. Anny Mudráková, MPH due to taking vacation on the following date:

• Monday, February 2, 2026

The outpatient clinic remains open for routine agenda

Throughout the day, our nurses will be fully available during regular office hours and will provide the following services:

• Planned blood and biological material collections
• Deployment and composition of TK Holter
• Prescription of chronically used medicines (via Emma’s virtual nurse)
• Issuing receipts, exchange tickets and other administrative tasks
• Consultations for minor medical conditions

Representation in acute cases

In the event of sudden, acute health problems requiring urgent medical examination, the substitute will arrange:
