Information on vaccination against COVID-19

Available vaccine

The vaccine COMIRNATY JN.1 is intended for vaccination against the current variants of COVID-19. The vaccination will be started after its official delivery to Slovakia.

Place of vaccination

Vaccination is carried out exclusively in the contracted vaccination centres of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.

How to make an appointment for vaccination

1. Vaccination with registration (recommended procedure) It will provide you with the exact date and place.

Registration is possible via the National Health Portal or directly via the form: https://covidforms.nczisk.sk/

2. Vaccination without registration (for adults only) It is possible, but with restrictions:

The number of doses is limited and depends on the capacity of the centre.

Vaccination of children

Vaccination of children is possible only after prior registration via the official form. Vaccination of children without registration is not possible.
