Vacation in August 2026 – Important Information

Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you about vacation time at the outpatient clinic during August 2026. Our office hours in July remain unchanged.

📅 August 3–7, 2026 (Monday–Friday): Outpatient clinic completely closed

The doctor and nurses are on vacation, so the clinic will be completely closed during this time. This means:

• It will not be possible to submit any requests through the virtual nurse Emma,
• An automatic reply will be set up for this email address— we will not be responding to messages, phone calls, or other inquiries due to vacation.

A substitute is available at the doctor’s office:

The substitute doctor will only treat urgent cases, and only during the substitute doctor’s office hours. Please check the current office hours on the e-VÚC portal:

Emergency Care Outside the Office Hours of the Substitute Physician

Other urgent medical care outside the office hours of the on-call general practitioner must be handled through the APS—the outpatient emergency service:

• APS for Adults in Senec (Jánošíkova, Senec)
• APS for Adults in Pezinok (Bratislavská Street, Pezinok)

In complicated cases , the Institutional Emergency Service (ÚPS) is available at hospitals in Bratislava or Trnava.

❗ Important Requests Before Your Vacation

• We ask patients who are receiving long-term treatment at our clinic to have their prescriptions filled here in a timely manner —no later than Friday , July 31, 2026.
• We ask patients on long-term sick leave for a condition treated by our clinic to request an extension of their sick leave from us in a timely manner, if indicated.

📅 August 27–28, 2026 (Thursday–Friday): The doctor is on vacation

The doctor is currently on vacation. We will provide information well in advance regarding whether the clinic will be open for administrative services.

The substitute doctor will only see patients with urgent conditions during her office hours. Please check the current office hours on the e-VÚC portal:

Outside the substitute doctor’s office hours, the same procedure applies as described above— APS Senec / Pezinok; in complicated cases, the emergency department at hospitals in Bratislava or Trnava.
