Important Update: Streamlining Clinic Communication from September 1, 2025
Dear patients, we would like to inform you that in order to improve the quality and speed of our services from 1. 9. 2025 we are unifying all communication into one channel. Find out how you benefit from Emma’s virtual sister, through which we will handle all your requests (orders, prescriptions, consultations).
What can you use Emmy for?
In short, you can use Emmy to manage almost all routine communication with the clinic that does not require a physical visit.
Important: When Not to Use Emmy
In case of a sudden worsening of your health, an injury, or a life-threatening emergency, call for help immediately. Always call: 155
Phone
When to call?
In order to be able to devote our full and undisturbed attention to the patients present in the outpatient clinic, we have reserved the following times for telephone calls. Thank you for respecting them and helping us to improve the quality of care.
We answer phone calls in a timely manner:
- Monday – Tuesday: 11:00 – 13:00
- Wednesday: 14:00 – 16:00
- Thursday – Friday: 11:00 – 13:00
The fastest way to communicate
For most requests, such as appointments, ePrescriptions and administrative tasks, please use our virtual nurse Emmy in preference. We will process your request without you having to wait on the phone.
Use the phone line if you do not have access to the internet or if your condition requires a consultation that cannot be handled through Emmy.
